Cabin Crew
Cabin crew members strive to ensure a pleasant flying experience for passengers, including serving refreshments and meals. Their primary role is to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight. Trained to handle security and emergency situations, they can administer first aid when needed.
Tasks vary depending on the flight duration and team size. Duties typically involve attending pre-flight briefings to receive assigned positions and flight details, including special passenger requirements like diabetic passengers or those in wheelchairs. Pre-flight responsibilities include checking safety equipment, conducting security checks, ensuring cabin cleanliness, updating seat pocket information, and ensuring all meals and supplies are onboard.
Cabin crew also provide first aid as necessary, oversee safe passenger disembarkation, conduct final cabin checks for any remaining items, and complete flight reports as part of their post-flight duties.
